Abstract Submission

Instructions for abstracts submission

• Deadline for abstract submission (oral presentation): February 1st , 2027 

• Deadline for abstract submission (poster presentation): March 1st, 2027

• Information about communications acceptance: March 15th, 2027

Before submitting the abstract,  registration of the first (or presenting) author is mandatory. Abstracts of authors who are not registered will NOT be accepted.

After registering, you will receive an email with a link to activate your account. Then you can login at Participant Area.

In the Participant's Area you will be able to submit (or edit) your abstracts until the submission deadline.

For each abstract submitted the authors and type of presentation must be indicated.

If you do not receive an email confirming the submission of the abstract or registration, please verify the spam box or contact the organization of the meeting.

• Each participant can submit up to 2 abstracts (one oral and one poster).

• The abstracts and presentations should be prepared in English, since it is the official language of the event, and according to the template.

• Use the Microsoft Word file (abstract template).

• The abstract must not exceed one A4 page.

• The decision between oral and poster communications will be made by the scientific committee upon evaluation of the submitted abstracts.
